Ingredients
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp finely chopped spearmint or peppermint leaves
- ¼ cup still water
- ¾ cup sparkling water
- A few drops of lemon or lime juice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Mix sugar, mint and water together for a few seconds then let to rest for 5 minutes. Strain and add the sparkling water, lemon and ice. Enjoy!
