PORTIONS
Ingredients
- 100g organic white flour
- 100g organic whole wheat flour
- 30g grounded flaxseeds
- 30g oat flour
- Pinch of salt
- 60 ml olive oil
- 60 ml water
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, flaxseeds, oats, salt) together in one bowl and all liquid ingredients (olive oil, water, agave syrup) in another.
Add the liquid mixture in the flour and mix until it forms anon-sticky ball Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Separate the dough into 3 parts, placing each part between 2 sheets of non-stick paper. Flatten each part with a rolling-pin. The thinner you roll your dough the crunchier the crackers will be.
Cut into squares or rhombus shapes and pinch with a fork.
Place crackers on an oven tray, lined with a non-stick paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the crackers cool and enjoy. Can be storage in a sealed container for up to a week.
