PORTIONS
Ingredients
- 200 g organic white flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cup (375 ml) plant-based milk
- 30 ml olive oil
Instructions
Whisk all the ingredients together until the flour dissolves.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and add 4-5 tbsp of the batter, shaking it round slowly to form the pancakes.
Enjoy with homemade chocolate spread, syrup with fruit or peanut butter and banana.
*The thicker the batter, the more solid and thick your pancakes will be. If our batter is thinner your pancakes will be thinner and possibly stick on the pan. We recommend cooking one pancake first to test the batter and then add more milk or flour as required.
