Ingredients
- 500γρ penne pasta cooked and cool
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove grinded
- ½ cup (125ml) water
- 2 cups of spinach or broccoli
Instructions
Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a few minutes until golden brown. Add half the water. When the water evaporates add the asparagus or broccoli and stir until it istender. We add the cold pasta and the rest of the water.Stir until the pasta is hot. Enjoy plain or with plant-based cheese.
