Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts (soaked in water overnight)
  • 3 cups (750ml) water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 Medjooldates
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Strain the liquid using a nut-milk bag or a cotton cloth squeezing to extract all the liquid. Pour the milk in a container and refrigerate. Shake well before use and enjoy with ice, on cereal or even in cooking.

*Can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge. Do not worry if it separates this is normal for plant-based milks. Do not throw away the pulp. You can use this to make homemade cheese, chocolate, or flour.
