Ingredients
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 2 cups lukewarm water
Instructions
Squeeze lemon juice into the warm water and drop in the rest of the lemon.Enjoy in the morning before breakfast. Even a few drops of lemon juice are enough to flavour your water and give you all the necessary electrolytes.
Lemons are rich in vitamin C and B, iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium. They are antioxidants, help digestion, balance pH levels in the body and strengthen the immune system!
We usually drink lemon water every morning.
