PORTIONS
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 5-8 g grated fresh ginger
- 2 pealed carrots cut into rings
- ¼ broccoli head cut into small pieces
- ½ cabbage chopped into thin slices
- 1 tsp miso paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt/pepper/cayenne pepper to taste
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 200 g noodles
- 2 L water
Instructions
Sauté the onions until soft then stir in the garlic and ginger.
Add the carrots and cabbage continuing to stir for a few minutes.
In a small container, mix the miso paste, sesame oil, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and soy sauce until they are well combined. Stir the sauce into your vegetable mix.
Add the water and when it comes to boil throw in the rice noodles. In a few minutes, when the noodles will be ready, enjoy our soup while warm.
