Ingredients
- 100ml soya milk
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp coconut sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 175ml sunflower oil
Instructions
Ina blender mix the milk, apple vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt for a few seconds until all the ingredients have combined. Then very slowly add the sunflower oil until you have a smooth, creamy mayonnaise.
