Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 200 g minced soya
- 4-5 tbsp tomato sauce
- Salt/pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp dry peppermint
- 500ml water
Instructions
In a deep frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil. When onion softens and becomes golden brown, add the minced soya and the tomato sauce. Bring the mixture to the boil and add the salt, pepper, spearmint and water. Stir well until the moisture evaporates.
Enjoy with pasta or rice!
