Ingredients

  • 500g – 600g boiled beans and drained
    1 chopped onion
    1 clove of garlic grated
    250ml tomato sauce
    2 tomatoes cut into quarters

  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100ml water
  • salt 
  • pepper 

Instructions

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes until golden brown. Add the chopped tomato and stir for a few minutes to soften. Add the boiled beans, carrots, tomato sauce and water. When the liquids evaporate and our sauce is thick, we serve! Enjoy plain or with green salad!
