Ingredients

  • 500 g chickpeas (let aside 100-120 g for the hummus dresing)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions chopped 
  • 1/2 broccoli chopped  
  • Leafy greens (spinach, arugula etc)

  • olive oil 
  • salt by taste
  • lemon juice by taste
  • 1/2 dose of hummus mixed with 50ml water

 

Instructions

Let the chickpeas cool down and mix all ingredients together. Drizzle with hummus dressing. Enjoy!
