Ingredients

  • 1 piece (5-8 grams) of fresh ginger
  • 1 cup (250ml) water
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp syrup (agave or brown rice)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Simmer the ginger in water for 10 minutes on low heat and then let it stand until cool.

Add lemon juice and syrup. Pour the mixture in a glass with ice. Stir and enjoy this thirst-quenching summer drink.
