Every visit to Seashells Healthy Living is enjoyable! The first vegan restaurant that operated in Cyprus, has dishes for every taste and a beautiful atmosphere at the best location! The only negative in that it only operates from May to October.

We tried two of the amazing burgers (Sweet Potato – Quinoa and Spicy Oyster mushroom) and loved them! Juicy burgers with fresh vegetables in great buns and excellent sauces.

Also exceptional were the Moving Mountains Hot Dog in pretzel bun with mayonnaise and the Homemade Authentic Falafel in Greek pita with tahini!

Most of all, however, we enjoyed the Fresh Raw Veggie

Spring Rolls in rice paper with peanut sauce which was light, healthy and at the same time hearty.

From November until April you may find some of Seashells dishes at Sailor’s Rest Lounge Bar Restaurant at St.Raphael Resort & Marina.
