Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1  grated garlic clove
  • 100 g rice 

  • dry thyme
  • 2 L water
  • salt/pepper
  • 20ml olive oil

 

Instructions

Sauté the onion in olive oil for a few minutes until golden brown. Add the mushrooms, garlic, thyme and add salt/pepper to taste.

When the mushrooms are golden brown, add the rice and water, stir and let it boil for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.

Enjoy or grind the mixture in a blender adding water if necessary!
