Ingredients
- 200g bio soya fillets Bio.Supplies
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock
- 2 onions cut in large pieces
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
For the marinade
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp vegetable broth
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
Let the soya fillets soak in hot water for 10 minutes. Once the pieces are soften, drain them and squeeze for all the water to come out. Cut into large pieces and add salt, pepper, olive oil, vegetable stock, onion powder and garlic powder.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Thread the soya chunks through skewers alternately with the onion pieces and cook on a grill pan.
Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together and stir until well combined. Brush souvlaki regularly with the marinade until cooked.
Serve with tachini sause.
