Ingredients
- Hazelnut or almond leftovers from milk preparation (or 1 cup soaked nuts)
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 12-20 dates (or 6 – 8 medjools dates)
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Shia seeds (optional)
- Coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions
Add the leftovers from the preparation of milk (or soaked nuts), vanilla, dates, cocoa and salt to the food processor.
Beat until the mixture until is homogeneous and sticky.
Shape them into small balls and pass them through the shia seeds or the coconut flakes.
They can be kept in the refrigerator for 4 days!
