Ingredients

  • 240g chickpeas soaked overnight and cooked or from a can
  • 80g tahini
  • 1 grated garlic clove
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 75ml water
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions

Put all ingredients into the food processor and add the water slowly until the mixture becomes smooth.

Add salt and paprika to taste
