Ingredients
- 240g chickpeas soaked overnight and cooked or from a can
- 80g tahini
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 75ml water
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
Put all ingredients into the food processor and add the water slowly until the mixture becomes smooth.
Add salt and paprika to taste
