PORTIONS
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp grounded cloves
- 2 cups gluten-free oat flakes
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup almonds cut in half
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ dried berries, strawberries, or chocolate flakes (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.
In a bowl mix together the agave, butter, oil, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and cloves.
Add the oat flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and dried berries. Mix until all the ingredients are combined. Line an over try with non-stick baking paper and spread the mixture evenly across the tray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture becomes golden brown. Leave to cool and store in a sealed container.
