Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds, soaked for eight hours
- 4 cups of water
- Pinch of salt
- A few drops of vanilla essence
- 2 – 3 dates, pitted
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for a few minutes.
Strain the mixture with a cotton cloth.
Transfer the milk to a glass bottle and seal with the lit.
Keep milk in the fridge for up to four days. In case the milk ‘splits’ shake well before use! Enjoy!
