Ingredients
- 150 g soya fillets
- 2L hot water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 50 ml olive oil
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 600 ml red dry wine
Instructions
Soak the soya fillets into hot water for 5-10 minutes, until soft.
Drain well and add spices.
Sauté soya chunks with olive oil for a few minutes and then add the coriander.
Stir well and add the wine. Low the heat and let it simmer until all liquids evaporate.
Serve with ground coriander and parsley.
