Ingredients
Ingredients for the dough
- 550g all-purpose flour
- 125ml olive oil
- 190ml Olympus orange juice
- 2 tsps baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Ingredients for the filling
- 150g black olives pitted
- 80g spring onions chopped
- 100g fresh coriander chopped
- 15ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dry peppermint
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the dough in a large bowl and knead until a soft dough that does not stick to the hands is formed. If necessary, add a little water or flour. Leave the dough aside for 20 minutes.
In a second bowl, mix well all ingredients for the filling.
Divide the dough into three pieces and roll each piece separately. Apply 1/3 of the filling in each piece and wrap.
Place the olive pies in an oven pan with non-stock paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy with a glass of orange juice.
